Our team of experienced instructors will inspire you to accelerate your results and enjoy every minute of your class experience. Body Pump

Change your body shape today! Resistance based training to music, easy to pick up for beginners and a fitness challenge if you are up to it. Great cross training to accelerate your results. (beg. int. adv).

Body Attack

Go hard or go home! This workout is not for the fainthearted. Composed of simple sports conditioning moves that are easy to pick up, but challenging to master. If impact isn’t your thing, don’t worry, low impact options moderate the intensity of the workout. (int. adv)

Body Step

An uplifting, pre-choreographed step workout that leaves you feeling alive. Targeting the butt and thighs, this class will get your heart rate going and the calories burning. (beg. int. adv).

Body Combat

Punch, Kick and Jab your way to a leaner , meaner you. This class blends elements of boxing, muay thai and tai chi to create a heart pounding workout. Great for the abdominals! (beg. int. adv).

Body Balance

Yoga, pilates and tai chi set to inspirational music. This program will help to strengthen core muscles, it will improve your flexibility and leave you feeling invigorated. Pregnancy options available. (beg. int. adv).

Mat Pilates

 A scientifically developed range of exercise movements that are designed to strengthen, lengthen and improve functional core strength for good posture.  Ideal for all levels

Reving

Shed kilos with our simulated indoor road cycling. Be part of a pack travelling a journey encountering a diverse range of cycling terrain to motivational music. Limited places available, please collect pass from reception. (beg. int. adv).

 Group Ride

 Everyone finishes first in Group Ride! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountians and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body.  This 60 minute cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike.  Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you Ride on.

Body Slam

Bootcamp, CBJ style!! 55mins of hit-the-wall training including boxing, aerobic conditioning, core stability, speed & power drills. Do you have the drive to make it through? Limited places, passes available at reception. (beg. int. adv).

 Group Groove

This dance class will give you a taste of everything.  If you can move you can groove.  Perfect for beginners and intermediate dancers.  Classes are so much fun, energetic and guaranteed to keep you fit with low impact but with a high intensity workout 

Overhaul (ladies only)

The circuit training program that will help you with motivation and achieving those goals that seem out of reach. Focusing on problem areas, overhaul is fun and will get you moving in the right direction. (beg. int. adv).

 30min circuit (ladies only)

 Only have 30mins to train? Well that's all you need, an easy to follow weights class with a personal trainer by your side. They will have you feeling sore for hours.

ABT - Abs, butt and thighs

If your looking for a class that will shape and tone those problem areas well this is the class for you. This class will challenge your muscles to work like they've never been worked before and will leave you feeling it for days.

Aqua aerobics

A fun, social, water workout. Involves a variety of types of movement in a non impact environment. Ideal for non-swimmers and rehabilitation.
