How do I sign up?

How do I freeze my membership?

Email with your full name and dates you would like to put your membership on hold for. You must provide us with dates or we are unable to freeze it

How do I cancel my membership?

All cancelations must be done in writing
Send your cancelation request through to our cancelation manager with your full name and reason for canceling. You will have a response back within 5 working days.

What are you doing to keep the clubs clean?

The safety of our members and staff is always our priority. We have put an extensive range of protective measures in place including;
Mandatory staff training in COVID-19 protocols
Minimum of 1.5 metres between each member in-club
Assisting health authorities with contact tracing
Increased cleaning and sanitation
Members requirement to wipe equipment before and after use with the sanitising gym wipes
No shared equipment during classes
Hygiene stations with hand sanitiser and sanitising gym wipes
Ensuring members bring a towel and water bottle - no towel no train policy
