Email admin@cbj.com.au with your full name and dates you would like to put your membership on hold for. You must provide us with dates or we are unable to freeze your membership.

All cancellations must be done in writing Send your cancellation request through to our cancellation manager with your full name and reason for cancelling. You will have a response back within 5 working days.

The safety of our members and staff is always our priority. We have put an extensive range of protective measures in place including;

Mandatory staff training in COVID-19 protocols Minimum of 1.5 metres between each member in-club Assisting health authorities with contact tracing Increased cleaning and sanitation Members requirement to wipe equipment before and after use with the sanitising gym wipes No shared equipment during classes Hygiene stations with hand sanitiser and sanitising gym wipes Ensuring members bring a towel and water bottle - no towel no train policy
